5.0 Training Facilities, Services and Products:

5.1 Training facilities include a 320ha training forest area, a sawmill, a wood workshop for production of movable frame hives, TNG etc; a garage, an apiary, an agroforesty plot, a nursery, two arboreta, a laboratory, lecture rooms, a wooded compound with various tree species, computers, TV & video set, OHPs, a meteorological station, a well equipped academic store, saw doctoring workshop and a traditional medicine garden.

5.1.2 FTI offers services including boarding and lodging, email, fax, telephone, radio call, sports and games, transport and health.

5.1.3 Various products with good quality and competitive prices are available, e.g. sawn timber, bee hives, various transplants, poles, firewood, bee products and equipment, off cuts and sawdust.
